Dave joined the firm in 1974 and immediately distinguished himself by winning national awards three years in a row, including National Account Executive of the Year and National Producing Manager of the Year. He became partner in 1979 and president in 1988, leading his office to becoming one of the top five highest producers in the history of Sales Consultants. Dave’s commitment to providing the best possible service for every client shows in the caliber of the team he’s built.
As managing partner, Nick’s passion is coming alongside candidates to help them make wise career choices and assisting clients in making hiring decisions that significantly impact their organization. Nick is no stranger to the recruiting industry—he grew up with it being part of dinnertime conversation—and it shows in his national billing owner ranking, #7 in 2015 to #3 in 2016 to #2 in 2017 and 2018 out of 660.
Jordan has spent the majority of his career in sales, and he thrives in this fast-paced, people-focused work environment. He enjoys helping clients and candidates meet their goals and will go above and beyond to ensure they succeed. Since starting with Sales Consultants, he’s moved rapidly to the Top 75 nationally out of 1,700 recruiters and was the 6th ranked rookie in 2014. As a national billing owner in 2015 he ranked #23, moving up to #11 in 2017 and up to #8 in 2018 out of 660.
Since 2004, Derek has been a member of the building materials team, specializing in placing sales, management and executive-level professionals with manufacturers and distributors in the industry. He uses creativity and listening skills to help clients identify their needs, allowing him to quickly produce top-performing candidates that deliver results. Derek is consistently one of the top-ranked MRI Network recruiters out of 1,700 nationally..
Bryan is responsible for the operation and expansion of the commercial interiors group, and in the past 10 years, he’s established it as one of the most recognizable in the industry. His talent has also helped lead SCGR to consecutive MRI #1 office awards, and in 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018 he was recognized as a Top 50 MRI Recruiter out of 1,700. Bryan’s expertise has led to successful placements at the executive level down through sales and design.
Director of Operations
Stacy is likely the first person many of our clients and candidates speak with. She’s an integral part of our team and approaches everything with professionalism, determination and enthusiasm. As Director of Operations, she wears many hats, including managing our administrative team, supporting the sales team, and keeping our website updated.
Chad leads our West Michigan desk and is part of our building materials team—one of the most recognized national search teams in the building materials industry. Chad works hard to achieve long-term relationships that provide consistent results and top talent for clients year after year. His chemical, technical and sales background allows him to efficiently identify skills employers need and successfully provide qualified candidates.
Alec has a background in sales and the financial industry. He strives to provide the best possible client experience by anticipating client needs and keeping an open line of communication at all times. Since joining the Sales Consultants team, he’s been focused on providing support to both the client and candidate sides of the business.
Cassandra joins Sales Consultants with a background in sales & marketing, focusing on client and customer service. Her passion is helping others and she accomplishes this best by listening to their needs and working diligently to find solutions. Since joining the Sales Consultants team, she’s been most excited about supporting the candidate side of the business, helping them find the perfect career opportunity!
